This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from The Vault Fragrance , whether online or in-store.
We sincerely apologise if your purchase does not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is inspired by the Sunnah, emphasising fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 07 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:

At least 90% of the perfume or attar must remain in the bottle.

The policy applies to all products purchased from The Vault Fragrance.

A valid reason must be provided (e.g., wrong item received, or damage).

Product photos or videos are required for verification before approval.
Refunds & Deductions

No deductions or additional charges apply to eligible returns or replacements.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
- If a return is processed, the specific cost of the delivery will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 07 days of purchase.

After approval, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Dispatch the item and share the courier slip or tracking number.

Once received, the replacement order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Important Notice

If an issue occurs from our side—such as a wrong item, broken bottle, leakage, or packing error—we will dispatch a replacement immediately. The rider will collect the incorrect item at the time of delivery.

If an exchange is requested due to customer-related reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong product, misunderstanding the item, or fragrance preference), the standard exchange procedure applies. In such cases, bargaining or special exceptions will not be entertained.
